You have 30 days from delivery of your order. We'll organise a return for you within 24 hours of it being requested.
What if I change my mind?
That's not a problem as long as the product is unused, in a resaleable condition and in its original packaging. If you've unpacked the item to have a look at the contents that's fine but if you've had to tear open any bags or boxes to do so we can't accept the return unless the product is faulty.
What if the product is faulty?
In the unlikely event you receive a defective product we'll arrange a collection and send out a replacement with no charge for the delivery.
Custom or personalised products
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for personalised products. Although this is very rare as the design for a personalised product is always sent to the customer for approval before mass production, which avoids any surprises on delivery.
Subject to credit checks, we can provide 30 days Net payment terms to public sector customers, schools/colleges/universities and qualified business customers based in the UK.
