You have 30 days from delivery of your order. We'll organise a return for you within 24 hours of it being requested.
What if I change my mind? That's not a problem as long as the product is unused, in a resaleable condition and in its original packaging. If you've unpacked the item to have a look at the contents that's fine but if you've had to tear open any bags or boxes to do so we can't accept the return unless the product is faulty.
What if the product is faulty? In the unlikely event you receive a defective product we'll arrange a collection and send out a replacement with no charge for the delivery.
Custom or personalised productsUnfortunately we cannot accept returns for personalised products. Although this is very rare as the design for a personalised product is always sent to the customer for approval before mass production, which avoids any surprises on delivery.
Subject to credit checks, we can provide 30 days Net payment terms to public sector customers, schools/colleges/universities and qualified business customers based in the UK.

Student lanyards are a simple and effective way to help keep schools, colleges, or universities safe, as they make it easy to spot anyone who shouldn’t be on site.
They come in either Black or Purple and are an affordable way to improve your students’ security.
Our lanyards are great for the security of the pupils because they display “STUDENT” across both sides of the lanyard material.
Alongside the security benefits of our pre-printed lanyards, identifying students will be more streamlined while creating a sense of community.
Providing each student with a new lanyard not only promotes a sense of belonging but also encourages greater engagement within the school or college community. Here’s what you can expect from our lanyards:
Our lanyards come with two types of clips: a metal lobster clip or a plastic J clip. They are 15 mm wide, about 90 cm long, with a traditional 45 cm hanging drop.
Our school lanyards are also eco-friendly, making them a good choice for those who want to make environmentally responsible decisions.
If you need a photo ID card to go with the lanyard, we can handle the printing for you with our ID card printing service.
As one of the UK’s leading ID and lanyard suppliers and part of the LEVATA group, Digital ID brings decades of experience, innovation, and industry insight to every order.
Whether you're ordering for a university, college, sixth form, or school, our student lanyards are designed to withstand daily wear while looking smart and secure.
We’ve supplied thousands of educational institutions across the UK with high-quality lanyards – and we back it all with rapid turnaround times, expert advice, and friendly customer service from our UK-based team.
While policies vary, many of the schools, colleges, and universities we work with choose to make student lanyards compulsory. They’re an effective way to ensure everyone on site is easily identifiable, which supports safeguarding and site security.
Yes, all of our student lanyards come with a safety breakaway as standard. This feature ensures the lanyard will release quickly if pulled or caught, making it safe for use in busy school environments.
Definitely. Our lanyards are designed to be durable enough to last the entire academic year, and beyond. Of course, some institutions prefer to refresh their lanyards each year to reflect new designs or intake.
Yes, we offer a range of plastic card holders that can be supplied alongside your lanyards. You can choose from single-sided or double-sided holders, available in a wide choice of colours to match your lanyard or branding.
We recommend schools and colleges keep a small stock of spare lanyards and card holders on hand. If you need quick replacements, our team can supply additional lanyards at short notice, often with next-day delivery available.
