Shipping charges are determined by the delivery address location & the type of service delivery type you select. Entering the correct postcode is your responsibility.
For shipment within the UK, actual shipping charges are available upfront: simply register on our website, add the required products to your shopping basket. No other information is required. The total charge for your order will be shown in your shopping basket.
If you’ve ordered Goods that you no longer want, or you are not happy with them, returning them really couldn’t be simpler.

A member of staff will create a returns form for you to include with the Goods.
The return address and reference number will also be on the form which will be emailed to you within 24 hours of you requesting the return.
If you wish to return Non Stock Items which you have ordered in error, we will make every effort to arrange for the return of goods.
This cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to a supplier’s handling and/or restocking charge.
We are happy to accept non faulty goods back from you within 30 days of the goods being delivered however the goods must be in a resaleable condition, cannot be personalised and must be in their original packaging. Whether goods are considered in a resaleable condition is at the discretion of the Company.
If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping, we will either replace the item or ship replacements parts (if for example the item requires assembly and some parts are missing or damaged). We will ship replacement products or parts via normal shipping methods. We may need your assistance in filing a claim with the shipping company that damaged the items. If you can, take a picture of the package when it arrives if it is damaged. We appreciate your cooperation. We will collect any damaged merchandise that must be returned to us.

Defective Goods: You will receive a full refund, including delivery charges, when returning defective goods.
Courier Collection: DPD will collect the goods, or you can return them yourself.
Refund Method: Refunds will typically be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Refund Processing: Refunds are usually processed within 30 days of receiving the returned goods or after the defect is inspected and refund approval is confirmed.
Return Time Frame:
Goods must be returned within 30 days from delivery to be eligible for a refund.
No refunds will be issued for goods returned after 30 days, but you may be entitled to repair or replacement.
Fault Report: The issue must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Print Limit: The printer must not have printed more than 30 cards.
If these conditions are not met (e.g., fault reported after 30 days or more than 30 cards have been printed), a replacement will not be provided.
Technical Support:
If the issue doesn’t meet the replacement conditions, the Technical Support department will attempt to resolve the issue via email.
If we can't resolve the issue via email, we'll issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) so you can return the printer for repair. Please note that under our return-to-base policy, you're responsible for shipping the printer back to us for the repair.
Repair Charges:
Repairs may incur charges if the issue is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty Exclusions:
Warranty exclusions may include, but are not limited to the following:
Physical or accidental damage.
Printhead issues.
Electrical mishandling.
The duration of the warranty (usually given in years).
