The IDP Smart 651089 thermal printhead assembly is a genuine replacement item that can be fitted in the case of a printhead failure. It can be a less expensive option than renewing your entire printer and will resolve the issue of white horizontal lines appearing on your cards.
To avoid printhead failure, it’s necessary to keep your printer clean with cleaning rollers that are included with your IDP Smart ribbons.
