Our NHS Staff lanyards with double safety breakaway are made from high-quality rPET fabric which is a material made from recycled plastic bottles. Making the change from polyester to rPET is the eco-friendlier alternative to polyester. The double breakaway eliminates the risk of accident or injury by pulling apart if any part of the lanyard is pulled with extreme force.
