Use Digital ID’s engineer support services for onsite assistance with your identification products. Ideal for new installations, equipment relocations, group training of staff, servicing, configuration optimisation, database creation or system connectivity assistance.

Engineer Support Services is charged at £85 per hour or part of including travel time. There is a £100 surcharge for customers inside the M25, Ireland or North of Edinburgh.
